I only had brunch and dinner today because I wasn't feeling hungry this morning.
Brunch was 'scrambled oats' (oats, egg, banana, grated apple, blueberries, cinnamon) with Greek yoghurt and honey.
Dinner was home made lamb doner kebab on a flatbread with tzatziki and veggies.
I've got 120 cals left, so I'm going to have a banana and a glass of milk before bed, just because I want to 😂

  1. Can you use frozen fruit in scrambled oats? I’ve never made it before and it looks delish!
