Hello, I just wanted to give people a glimmer of hope that eating around 1200 calories a day (almost) steadily will indeed make you lose weight. When I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago,m I didn’t know where to start or how to even lose weight. I’m lazy, unmotivated, and I love to eat. But I started counting my calories in an app called “lose it”.
Don’t get me wrong, I was not perfect at eating 1200 calories a day and it probably took me longer than it should have but I did indeed get the results I wanted.
I wanted to share the results from eating 1200 calories a day with you guys. I know it’s not the healthiest way to lose weight but it sure did get the job done.

Starting: 166 pounds
Ending: 127 pounds
