Ate such weird foods today 😭😂 i have many cravings (hormonal cycle things). For breakfirst i wanted to try a bowl cake with oat bran, peanut butter and chocolate chips. I also drank milk but took the pic before that. Then i had a protein bar. Protein yoghurt and rice cake with cheese salmon and pickles for a snack with frozen strawberries to dip in the yoghurt and then i had soup, pasta with cheese and cherry tomatoes fo lunch with other snacks!!

I listened to my cravings. I also made a home-made pbutter reeses that i didn’t take a pic of and ate it bcs i was craving it and had another iced coffee with milk and honey in it ! (First time trying to put honey in it wasn’t that good).

Overall i counted 1484 calories for 65g of fat, 145 of carbs (62g of sugar :/ and 16g of fiber) and 80g of protein).

  1. I see from your post history that you have an eating disorder. Are you currently seeking treatment? Generally calorie counting is not recommended in recovery.

    Looks amazing! I love having multiple small meals on the days my cravings are strong. It’s a great way to stay satiated and get all the flavors!

    Frequent hunger happens to me when I eat too many carbs. If you want to avoid this, try a protein heavy breakfast.
