I don’t understand why certain things say it’s not a low calorie food? Because isn’t that exactly what it is???

I actually love erythritol. It’s 0 calories, does not cause gas or digestive issues like other sugar alcohols, it basically comes out the way it goes in. It can be super handy, I love it for anything besides baking because it doesn’t melt, it only dissolves.

Erythritol is an organic compound, a naturally occurring achiral meso four-carbon sugar alcohol.
