
I eyeball this but it's all staple ingredients I keep in my house anyway.
Carrots
English cucumber
Sesame seeds
Garlic (grated)
Ginger (grated)
Scallion
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Chili crisp
Takes 5 minutes to make, the longest is chopping the cucumber and shaving the carrots. Lately I've been doing 2 carrots and 1/2 a cucumber, one clove of garlic, a little ginger, and one stalk of scallion. Use more sesame oil, then a little less soy sauce, then a little less rice vinegar. The hero of the whole thing is the chili crisp. Enjoy!
