It's 96 per 100ml. But when water is added it will be a different volume/weight? So how would I work out the calories? I know it's too good to be true for noodles be so low calorie
The Hong Kong version (where these originated) is closer to 450 calories a pack. I’d be very skeptical about this, likely mislabelled.

They’re assuming you’re going to cook the whole thing with 500 ml of water (per the instructions). So a 100ml serving is basically less than 1/5 of the entire pack.

What app is this?

It says right on the 2nd picture, “This package contains 1 portion which is 500ml after preparation.”
So 480 calories for the pack which sounds right for instant noodles.

The very top of the package on pic 2 says
“Typical nutritional values per 100ml prepared product”

I really hate the way company’s write “after preparations” or something on their packaging. What if you don’t prepare it the way they suggest it? Just write down the actual calories you have in your stupid product!
I have this issue with some protein powders too because they write on the packaging “prepared with a certain % of fat milk” and then they basically calculate the proteins of the milk for their powder! What if I only want to prepare it with water or something? How am I supposed to know how much is *actually* in your product?!
Sorry this is my biggest beef with food labels. I really hate it.

Genuine question. How does adding water to noodles make it higher calories when water is zero calories??
