    OP, posts with pics and minimal info aren’t appreciated here. It’s not just a place to show off your meal, it’s supposed to help OTHERS with staying in a deficit or maintaining weight. Can’t just look at your pic and know what to do. So, recipes are expected
please.

    Im sorry for not posting the recipe sooner, I posted at midnight and just woke up lol

    **Ingredients**

    5g light butter, melted

    12g brown stevia

    12g peanut butter

    10ml milk

    Splash vanilla

    10g protein powder

    8g plain flour

    Pinch salt

    10g chocolate, chopped

    **Method**

    Mix all the wet ingredients then mix in the dry

    Fold in the chocolate then form into a ball

    Freeze whilst the oven preheats at 200°c fan then bake for 9 minutes 🙂

    **Notes**

    I think next time I’ll add a little caster sugar to make them chewier. It’ll bump up the calories a little but I’m gonna experimentđŸ«¶
