    Great! I also realized I needed a lot more than 1500 to build muscle and maintain, since I workout so much. You look amazing!

  7. You look so good in that last pic! I lost weight too and I thought I looked sickly. You could see my chest bones and I had skinny arms. I lost all of my boobs too. Sometimes it looks better and feels better to put a little more weight on! Congrats.

    I went through that too where the weight loss went so quickly at one point I lost a bit too much. Upped my calorie intake and settled on a weight and eating habit that’s easy to maintain.

    One question: 1500kcal with workout calories excluded or included? Like, did you ate more than 1500 on workout days to compensate for the extra deficit or no?

  16. almost the exact same stats and same story! 5’3 started at 165 ish, got down to 100 and looked awful and sick, now 120 and feeling strong!! 🥰
