I’m sure they’re very simple foods, but I’m gonna need recipe deets for all of that.
Like is that oatmeal with peaches?
When you say “Tofu sandwich,” are those the tofu deli slices?
What all goes into your buddha bowl?
I ask because I very much need my hand held through everything in the kitchen, and I could see myself enjoying all of these meals enough to not feel miserable.

You guys all be having nice collages of meals. But I only eat lunch/dinner and seeing 4 empty spots everyday is such an eye sore. Can I not delete meal options, and add them manually on days that I incorporate more meals?

Did you calculate all this with an app or something?

You can also swap the b12 supplement for a cup of silk soy milk, most of the soy milks are fortified with pleanty of nutrients. Indcluding a 120% of daily intake of b12 in one cup (80 calories, AND 7 grams of protein). Total gamechanger for me.

This is great, I especially like your banana with chocolate dish. So simple but would totally satisfy my desert requirements.
I thought dates were way higher in calories, like 80 each, but I must be mistaken. Good news, I will happily eat more of them!
