Homemade kimchi fried rice for just under 600 cals. Saved myself $$ and avoided the extra cals I would have gotten from a takeout meal. Happy wallet, happy tummy šŸ™‚ For next time, I’d like to try cauliflower rice as a substitute to the white rice!
