So I have lost about 20 pounds on 1200/day and still going strong, and have been focusing on high protein and high fiber, and the rest of the pieces have fallen into place. I just have to bring up Amylu because they are SO delicious and have so much protein and relatively low in calories. I get them from Costco but I’ve also seen them at Sprouts, and they’ve been adding in more varieties. Highly HIGHLY recommend, they have honestly been the backbone of my weight loss and the main reason I have been able to lose weight without sacrificing delicious foods / being hungry all day.
