I LOVE cheese and charcuterie but my god the calories on it. The mini crackers are the real hack. Now I have to tell the truth this was paired with wine (all within the 1200). But I am very pleased with this. The grilled oyster mushrooms were sublime. As Saturday used to be pizza night I needed a serious hit of the cheese. This take hours to consume and with wine 🤤🤤🤤🤤
