Was very happy with this quick lunch from yesterday so thought I would share. I had a bunch of leftovers which I threw together: a bit of grilled chicken which I chopped up and threw into this leftover salad, some sarma/dolma (stuffed vine leaves) from a local turkish food fair, and added a boiled egg for some extra protein. The dressing is an onion vinaigrette that my auntie sent to me from Barbados, it’s fairly high in calories so I only used a little.

Couldn’t accurately track the calories in this but I don’t imagine it’s over 500? Open to guesses!
