
I’ve been counting calories since the beginning of April (I’ve lost around 7lbs). But I’m so worried I’m counting incorrectly! Here’s an example (I use LoseIt). I make sure to scan the barcodes when available and use a scale when needed but it just feels like 2 pieces of toast with egg should be more! (Not that I’m complaining if it isn’t lol).

It seems about right if you scanned the barcode for the bread! The bread I eat is only 40 cals/slice. Is your bread considered keto? (edit: I googled the bread- the calories seem accurate.) The egg whites also seem right, generally a lot of the calories/fat is from the yolk itself. If you’re just eating the egg whites, it makes sense why its so much lower in calories.
Looks right to me! Egg whites are a great way to get a lot of volume in!
