it is always good to switch things up. that way you wont have a deficit of one thing

Yes, but you will be hungry faster when it’s only liquid instead of solid form

Can you? Yes. Should you? Probably not
1. Variety is a good way to avoid nutrient deficiency
2. Drinks won’t make you feel as full or for as long as solid food, yogurt is especially easily digested.
3. You’ll probably get tired of it fast if that’s all you have repeatedly
Just about anything is “healthy” for you but in terms of caloric content it’s barely 300 calories for nearly 30 grams of protein which is a decent protein source per calorie but is also not too heavy in fat or added sugar

yes but it’s not very satiating, if you have spare time to cook in the morning i’d have a lean meat or eggs along side some fruit or greens for volume

I would just go by how you feel and what you normally eat for breakfast. I’m not a breakfast person so this would be fine for me. I sometimes make a big protein smoothie and sip it throughout the morning.

Totally fine. Calorie and macro wise it’s good, it’s obviously not a high volume food, so satiety could be a problem for some, but that doesn’t mean it will be for you.
In other words, if it works for you and you’re able to stay within you calorie goals drinking it for breakfast, then it’s a fantastic option. If you find yourself getting hungry too fast and struggle to not overeat, then it probably isn’t.
We all have our calorie and macro goals for the day, and whatever works for the individual to get them there, with as little struggle as possible is the best option. Doesn’t matter if it looks or sounds weird, or isn’t doable for someone that isn’t you, the totals at the end of your day are the only thing that matters.
