




Sorry I kept demolishing half my food before some of the pics lol. The pasta and fish salad were double the size of what you see in pics.
Ps if the math doesnโt add up to my total for the day itโs because In the slides I didnโt include things like tablespoon of butter, dressing on the cod salad. But the total cals is from my fitness tracker, and everything was logged there!
