Breakfast – Protein smoothie with Greek yogurt and strawberries.

Lunch – Crispy chicken wraps with Greek yogurt Caesar dressing and turkey bacon

Dinner – Chicken chilli burrito bowl with 1/2 serving of cilantro-lime rice, some guacamole, homemade pico, cheese, and chillies. Looks like a lot of rice but it’s a smaller bowl!

    Very good! I wish I could stumble on some good protein powered veggie recipes that don’t involve tofu 😞

    Could I ask a rough idea of exercise per day. I suffer from agoraphobia I can’t leave my home. I purchased an exercise bike and dumbells but scared to eat more than 900 calories as I’m gaining weight if I eat more. I haven’t exercised in 3 years. I’ve lost 2 stone so far but I was eating less.
    I’ve upped what I eat to 900 calories but now want to eat more and train harder
