I think I would round up to 750 because it listed some of the veggies as 0 cals (spinach, cucumbers, pickles, green peppers, jalapeños, and banana peppers)

I’d say its pretty accurate – in some countries they have the nutrition information breakdown online so you can see exactly how much protein/carbs/fat as well which I’ve found super helpful

People still go to Subway? I used to love their tuna subs like 10 years ago and then they started doing shrinkflation HARD. I remember giving them another chance a few months ago and legit thought the lady completely skipped my tuna serving. Like I literally could not find it in the sandwich. She pointed it out when I brought it back and it was literally a thumbnail amount spread through the sub and marked up at that.

I had the same freak out with a tuna sandwich from jersey mikes

Add extra for cheese and sauces, but yeh

The only thing that can be risky are high calorie sauces like mayo and oil. Those don’t get measured out like cheese slices and meat do.

I used to eat these all the time. I lost a bit of weight, too. So it seems pretty accurate

The sauce is where you could cut a lot of calories

there’s a website where you can enter your order and it’ll calculate the calories which is pretty handy
subway is my go to lunch meal, I’d say it’s accurate. The bread is about 500 and the cheese is about 160-200. The sauce maybe like 50-100? Sweet onion teriyaki is one of the lower calorie options

I checked the Weight Watchers app and it also says 720 calories- without any sauce.

– its pretty much correct, as the calories in the bun alone is huge

Subway is notorious for being able to be eaten on a diet! Pretty sure a 6” sub with just turkey or ham (with only veggies on top) is only 280 cals! I on top of spinach, tomato, onions I put jalapeños, a little mustard, plain red vinegar (no oil), salt, pepper and oregano on mine. It’s excellent! If jalapeños are too spicy try banana peppers!

I’m in Canada and I can put in my exact order ingredient by ingredient and it updates the calories accordingly (ordering online on their site).
Mine ends up being 340 calories because I always get 6 inch.
Directly from the site:
340 CALS / EACH
6’’, Multigrain, Processed Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Pickles, Black Olives, Less Chipotle Southwest, Less House Sauce
