  1. These are pricier options. Ball Park is about one of three turkey dog options I can find that has the best macros. Applegate is also the only turkey bacon I can find that has the most protein (most turkey bacon seems to be 2-3g of protein). Lower carb options will also be pricier. I get all this stuff at Meijers which always has sales and coupons.

Ball Park turkey franks: 1 for 45 calories, 6g of protein

Applegate turkey bacon: 1 slice for 30 calories, 5g of protein

Low carb hot dog buns: 1 bun for 50 calories, 5g of protein, 16g of fiber.

I remember when I learned how low cal hot dogs are, I had so many of them within the span of 2 weeks lol. I’d add low cal cheese on top and throw them in the airfryer. So good but I don’t recommend so many in a short time LOL

  3. Hot Dogs are my savior when I go to my local baseball games. Easily controlled calories, and can pile plenty of condiments and veggies on there. These are looking super tasty.

  4. I’m not sure if they still make them because I haven’t seen them in a while, but my favorite low calorie hotdogs are Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks. They are so rich and delicious, so if you ever see some, be sure to try!

  5. Omg thank you. I didn’t know this was an option. You will forever live in my hot dog lovin’ heart

  6. Definitely! And while I always felt weird eating one, when I forced myself to only have one, it was pretty filling.

  7. That was almost my same exact dinner a few nights ago.
Air frying those turkey dogs are a game changer. I just threw on some sauerkraut and mustard and called it good.
