These are pricier options. Ball Park is about one of three turkey dog options I can find that has the best macros. Applegate is also the only turkey bacon I can find that has the most protein (most turkey bacon seems to be 2-3g of protein). Lower carb options will also be pricier. I get all this stuff at Meijers which always has sales and coupons.
Ball Park turkey franks: 1 for 45 calories, 6g of protein
Applegate turkey bacon: 1 slice for 30 calories, 5g of protein
Low carb hot dog buns: 1 bun for 50 calories, 5g of protein, 16g of fiber.

I remember when I learned how low cal hot dogs are, I had so many of them within the span of 2 weeks lol. I’d add low cal cheese on top and throw them in the airfryer. So good but I don’t recommend so many in a short time LOL

Hot Dogs are my savior when I go to my local baseball games. Easily controlled calories, and can pile plenty of condiments and veggies on there. These are looking super tasty.

I’m not sure if they still make them because I haven’t seen them in a while, but my favorite low calorie hotdogs are Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Beef Franks. They are so rich and delicious, so if you ever see some, be sure to try!

Definitely! And while I always felt weird eating one, when I forced myself to only have one, it was pretty filling.

That was almost my same exact dinner a few nights ago.
Air frying those turkey dogs are a game changer. I just threw on some sauerkraut and mustard and called it good.
