  1. Don’t beat yourself up! You’re only on day 4, and this will not be the first time you go over by a little bit! This is a health transformation that takes some time to perfect. You’re on a great start, truly!

Edit: I looked at your posts from the last few days, and I wanted to add something! You seem to be like me, and enjoy a lot of calorie dense foods. You can eat these and still achieve your goals, but it will be of real benefit to you to incorporate a few foods into your diet that are more voluminous.

Try things like carrot chips in your favorite dip, egg whites, oatmeal, fruits/veggies you like, low fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, salads, shrimp, etc. You can still eat the foods you currently do in the quantities you currently are, but just a swap of say 200-300 calories daily out of dense sugars and into highly satiating foods may really boost your morale and make this diet much easier to tackle! It’s definitely worth trying, you can always switch it back if it isn’t working well for you.
