and I'm really pleased with the results! I made 6 servings (recipe break down shown in second picture) and they're fairly low calorie, high protein and SUPER filling! I personally used a rotisserie chicken because I was lazy and I was hoping it would give me just about the perfect amount (it really did), but if you're watching your sodium intake you could probably cut it down a lot by making your own chicken to add. Hope someone else can try this recipe and enjoy it is much as I am! We're saving them for lunches, but it would make a good dinner too.
