It seems like this group is US based but I would love to know of any low calorie and/or high protein finds in the Netherlands.
I found these awesome bars from Action if you’re a biiig snacker like me. It’s from a British company. They are SOO good! Any suggestions?

Protein ice cream in Lidl, the chocolate one has around 110kcal per 100g and tastes like a regular chocolate ice cream. Other flavours are slightly higher in calories, they are all delicoous but the chocolate one is my fav!
Lidl protein bars, not the regular ones, the ones that sell in a box of three, it has around 170kcal and 22g of protein, also super cheap!
Very common food, but lidl has full fat cottage that actually tastes really good, it is super creamy and mild, not at all sour as other brands. Not a big fan of cottage cheese, but I am genuinely addicted to this specific one. 98kcal and 11.5g protein, it has more calories than light one but honestly for the taste it is worth it.
Also, in action they sometimes sell protein bars in a box of three, it costs under 2 euros, 115 kcal and 12g protein
