    •2 tbsp almond flour

    •3 tbsp peanut butter powder

    •2 tbsp sugar sub

    •dash of salt

    •½ tsp baking powder

    •1 egg

    •3 tbsp almond milk

    •½ tsp vanilla extract

    •1 tbsp melted butter

    •1 sugar free peanut butter cup

    Directions
    Add all ingredients to a bowl almond flour, peanut butter flour, sugar substitute, salt, baking powder, egg, almond milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well until fully combined. Pour the cake batter into a greased mug and add the peanut butter cup to the mug cake and microwave for 75 seconds. Let cool for 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
