

Hi my friends! I posted a little over an hour ago about how I lost 15 pounds in a month and a half eating 1200-1400 calories a day without exercise while still eating fast food. A few of you requested that I post what I get. I still eat fast food almost daily sometimes even twice a day. I just had to make small changes and eat slightly less.
I also included a random list of snacks and drinks I personally enjoy as well so you don’t have to waste your money on things that taste disgusting. I’m currently still discovering new snacks but this is what I have so far. If you’re like me, you love snacking, these snacks will kill your cravings and fill you up.

Thanks for sharing these breakdowns. I’ve been trying to cook at home more to save money, but, there are just some days where ~ drive through it is.
I eat fast food and have lost 30 since halloween(or so, I didn’t actually start tracking regularly or trying until right after thanksgiving) but it’s not regular and when I do, I try not to blow most of my day’s calories on it- eg. I forget to bring my lunch and get a happy meal from McDonald’s. Obviously you can lose weight if you eat fast food and stay under your calories…. You can eat anything and lose weight if you stay under… But that’s a lot of shit (sodium, fat, etc) that’s gonna make you skinny fat 😭😭😭
Ooh how did the ONE cookies and crème bar taste? Are they somewhat like the real Hershey’s bar? That’s my favorite chocolate bar so it would be awesome if I could find an alternative.

Unfortunately, I’m the type if person who goes to McDs telling myself I’ll just get a mcchicken and a small fry and then pull out of the lane with 3 mcdoubles, a quarter pounder with cheese meal, a 20 piece mcnugget, and a large soda.
And then I’ll eat it all before i pull into my driveway…
Yes love this! I know a lot of people are anti fast food, and I get it, it isn’t great for you, but sometimes life is life and you just want Taco Bell or Burger King! I cannot cook for shit and hate experimenting with stuff due to the cost of groceries. If it’s a battle between if Chick-Fil-a’s grilled nuggets or a frozen Tyson patty are better or worse for me, im just getting the grilled nuggets sometimes 😭
Not to mention I think some forget that for a decent portion of people fast food is a rare-ish occasion. At least for me, I’m not having it every week or every other week. Usually not even once a month.
Do you have what’s listed under fast food as one meal, or are these your options? Like, you have nuggets and the burger and ketchup and the soda at one time,or you mix and match?
Hot tip, whopper Jr NO MAYO.
They add a gross amount of mayo to them. It cuts more than 100 calories and it tastes just fine.
Edit to share that I am team fast-food in moderation. I love getting a happy meal at mcdonalds or a whopper Jr and small fries sometimes, I just try to choose healthy options more often and keep the fast food choices reasonable.
