    Do you prepare your meals ahead? Or do you cook on the moment? If so, do you have any tips for time management, I’d like to fraction my eating schedule more but it’s so time consuming..

    I know 2 cals on the Coke Zero is negligible but I always thought Coke Zero is simply 0? On my bottle it says 0.

  7. This was motivational. That’s a lot of food that keeps under the 1500 limit. Gives me hope to come up with more ideas to stretch my intake in throughout a day.

    My problem is I blow a lot of my calories too early or use them too late at night and I’m either starving by lunch because I’m eating something not fulfilling to keep me going or as said too late and I feel like I sleep with that food in my stomach.

    I partially blame was crazy work schedule and partially on me not disciplining myself more.

  8. Your comment about wishing pocky and strawberries were lower cal feels a little ED to me. Maybe I’m a little sensitive because I’m in recovery.

    This all looks amazing. I am clearly doing something wrong as I eat 1500cal a day and it is WAY less food than this.
