    Almost forgot to post this today!

    Had a great day of eating. High protein breakfast and lunch kept me feeling good most of the day. I like to eat 1g protein per pound of lean body mass which for me is in the 100-120 range. Haven’t been hitting that target lately, but it’s not hard at all with a little intention

    1523 calories, 104g protein

    * Breakfast: 1 egg + 150g egg whites with spinach on toast with a bowl of mango and banana and a choccy protein drink
    * Lunch: oikos triple zero yoghurt with some granola and frozen blueberries and a high protein snickerdoodle
    * Snack: plain vanilla cupcake with frosting just for fun
    * Dinner: ground beef and veggies in ramen noodles hold the sauce

    I genuinely haven’t had a cupcake in so long and it’s a crime omg 😍 Will be on the hunt for cupcakes now haha, looks like a yummy day, awesome work! 😁
