Six pieces of ham steak bacon, two fried eggs and a little bit of ranch suggestively squirted over the top. I've done 1200 calories a day on high protein keto (less than 15 g a day), and no food after 1:00 p.m. until breakfast the next morning, since October and I have lost 58 lb.

My food may not win any prizes for culinary excellence or beauty, but damn it's tasty.
