Pastrami and cottage cheese: 330kcal, 47g protein, and insanely satisfying

I committed the cardinal sin of shopping (at Costco) while hungry. So impulse buys were a-plenty and my poor tiny apartment can barely handle it.

I know cottage cheese meals are a bit of a meme, BUT in my hunger delirium I may have found a new guilty pleasure. Not pictured: a heavy dose of black pepper.

Goes shockingly well together, even cold (but I did microwave the pastrami).
