
I didn't have seaweed and just kind of winged it. I wanted this for dinner so I made it extra filling by adding rice noodles and bean sprouts. I didn't weight everything exactly so the calories in my bowl are estimated.
Chicken broth 1-2 cups: 15
Silken tofu 1/4 package: 45
Sunny maid vermicelli rice noodles 1 serving: 130 (they're pre portioned so I didn't weigh it but it was almost too much to finish)
Bean sprouts 1 cup: 30
Miso paste 2-3 tsp: 25-50
Green onion: idk like 2 calories?
I just remembered that I used bonito flakes but I strained them out so idk how many calories are in that. You can add or take away whatever you want to adjust the calories.
When I need something super low cal as a filler I will just do broth and green onion and it's like 10-20 calories. You can even add some bean sprout for 30 more calories and have a little bit of filling.
