45 calories each for these samosa filling inspired lettuce wraps. The entire plate is 186 cals and 13 grams of protein. I added Tofurky chikn to make them really filling.

Ingredients for big 800 gram batch that makes 21 lettuce wraps:
* 1/2 a bag peas and carrots,
* 1 large onion,
* box of Tofurky chikn,
* 200 grams cubed potatoes
* spices are from this recipe: [https://www.cookwithmanali.com/samosa-recipe/](https://www.cookwithmanali.com/samosa-recipe/) cumin, fennel, crushed coriander seeds, chopped fresh ginger, green chili, hing (optional), salt, red chili pepper, garam masala (I didn’t didn’t use that much garam masala, so I’d say optional)
* butter lettuce for wraps
I sauteed the spices and onion using spray oil then cooked peas and carrots and potatoes in microwave till almost done and added to pan. In a separate pans I pan fried the Tofurky. Mixed it all together and added 1/4 cup of filling to ea lettuce wrap.

This looks so good. I’ve never seen the tofurky chikn before but it looks like great texture and a perfect addition to this meal. I would like to try it if I find it

I just made these!! Omg, thank you! They’re so delish. I put some siracha on them for an extra kick. I only had cumin, & red pepper flakes but it came out super tasty. These will be my go-to lunch from now on.
