mine was actually 4 tacos but i forgot to take a pic before scarfing one down 😛 it just smelled too good
i don’t have time to cook and eat dinner these days so i make heavier breakfasts and lunches to compensate and get those needed nutrients.

Had a [big lunch today](https://www.reddit.com/r/1200isplenty/s/sef0m5o9KQ), around 850 calories. Very filling.
I love a afternoon heavy lunch at around 3ish. Dont happen often but when it does, I love to have a calzone! Or mozzarella sticks
(usin low cal food&makin a few)
to be honest warm things feel the heaviest to me, i could eat a bunch of yogurt or ice cream and feel the same, but I eat a few cookies and I’m dead
What app is this?
I get the salmon bowl from Sweetgreen for lunch every Saturday. I customize the bowl and it’s comes out to like 700 calories. I usually skip or have a light breakfast when I know I’m having a bigger lunch. Everything in the bowl is super healthy food, but it’s a lot. For dinner I usually have like 400 or so calories to eat, so lately I’ve focused on protein and rice. Some fruit on the side. It keeps me full so I’m not starving at night.

Went to the diner for lunch yesterday after church (my breakfast was a cucumber so I had some extra calories)
