    Made something similar with tzatziki and quinoa instead of rice and garlic dip for lunch this week! Also added a homemade feta vinaigrette!

    Wait till you find out you can “cut” your rice calories in half and almost doubling the volume by doing half rice and half cauliflower rice in each serving. It’s super tasty in my opinion too!
