    I am exhausted and sick of doing dishes, but still tracking every calorie and avoiding eating out! This weekend I want to plan better to make it easier during the workday next week. Todayโ€™s breakdown:

    Breakfast: tofu scramble, asparagus and mushrooms, rice paper โ€œbaconโ€, avocado toast

    Lunch: salad with spring greens, BBQ seitan, carrots, red onion, green goddess dressing

    Snack: strawberries, mango and banana,

    Dinner: Tvp tacos, rice and beans

  2. Those tacos look amazing! Mind sharing the recipe? I’ve been trying to make tacos for the first time but haven’t found the time to adjust for macros!
