I found this fun little Swiss cheese today! It's coated in garlic, salt, and pepper to make the cheese resemble a truffle. You serve it shaved as a topper, much like you would a truffle.

I really like this one, I'm interested to see how i like it as I make my way through the cheese, because first bits are very much influenced by the flavorings on the outside.
