    How did you get 90g protein? Your body can only absorb about 20-30g of protein at a time so try to get some in at every meal/snack

    Pandan is SO good! Had it for the first time in Thailand and I wish I could find it in the US.

    Ahhh this all looks so good! The pandan and maprang reminds me of when I lived with a Filipino family. Nostalgia hit. Been so long since I’ve thought about those. Great choices. πŸ˜‹
