Air fry fish from frozen at 400 until internal temp is 145F. Lightly salt.

For cauliflower, combine with water, garlic, pumpkin, splash of vinegar and salt and cover, cooking on medium until soft, occasionally stirring and adding water if needed. At the end, splash in almond milk and cut the heat.

You can easily add more spices, I just sometimes prefer simplicity like this.

This recipe uses no oil, but for those concerned I get plenty of fats in my day, I prefer to save them for dessert 🙂
