Yogurt bowl: 195 calories, 20g protein
Base: frozen strawberries in the bottom of the bowl (for volume), cover the top with Greek yogurt.
Add a few microwaved strawberries and half a kiwi on top. Top with a mini sprinkle of granola

Pokebowl: 230 calorie, 20g protein.
Base: spinach at the bottom (for extra volume), and some couscous on top.
Add your toppings, I went for edamame, cucumber, and mango. Add your protein (fish) of choice, I went for smoked salmon🫶 but tuna also works great! It’s even better with sashimi instead of smoke though😔 i also added a sprinkle of hempseeds and pumpkin seeds for some extra fats🫶
