  1. 3-4 oz juice with bubbly water and a lime is my go to. I was on the bubble water train for so long that I sensitized myself to full on juice and sugary drinks so a little bit goes a long way. Super enjoyable especially in summer months.

    Other than that I’ve been a fiend for floral teas. Right now drinking rose tea. I also steep in my milk for lattes at home.

    love love kombucha. Brew Dr is another low cal option and has a much milder taste than other kombuchas for those that hate the taste but want the benefits

  3. This is one of my favorite varieties. They are $3 near me but it takes me all day to drink one. For whatever reason I cannot drink kombucha very fast, and that’s one reason why I love it.
