  1. I do the same thing ngl, I just try to move more so I don’t feel as bad, and yes, tomorrow is a new day! Just remember not to under eat because you think it’ll help negate what you ate today, it’ll just make you wanna eat more.

  2. In my very unscientific opinion, these day one calories simply do not count. I eat the cake, bc my body obviously needs it:)

    If it makes u feel any better I literally did the same thing today on the first day of my period T-T happens to the best of us we just have to not get discouraged šŸ’Ŗ

  5. Period week is always insane (mine is on too) and I can swing up 5/6 pounds from cravings but it’s ok u got this

  6. I feel thisssss to my core! Dw, I just roll with it and expect that as a women my hunger levels will fluctuate throughout the month. You’re good, just keep on keeping on lol

    I just plan on eating at maintenance on the first day of my period. Takes the pressure off.

  8. First day of my period I never track. It isn’t worth the mental anguish & we all need a ā€œcheatā€ day once in a while. It’s all about moderation in the end.

  9. Whew! I feel this. For me, it’s the week leading up to my period that my hunger pangs are wild.

  10. Yeah Saturday was badddd for me, appetite has been rough all weekend. Plus water retention right now, I’m not weighing myself until I know I’m good lol. šŸ˜…šŸ˜… but hey we’re synced! Lmao
