Hey I made a sandwich like that today too! Mine was butter, peanut butter, jam, and whole fresh raspberries on Franz keto bread.

  2. This reminds me of one of my favorite snacks- roasted sweet potato with peanut butter, blueberries & maybe a bit of cinnamon 😀 SO GOOD

This is such a good idea. Jam has way too much sugar in it. A very healthy work around. I will try this with strawberries!!

  5. I just had one of these yesterday for breakfast! Well, it was peanut butter and blueberries on toast. It was so yummy!

How many calories does the bread have?! I started incorporating sandwiches into my day for lunch but damn, the bread + chipotle mayo make it pretty high calorie lol.

  7. My 6yo son and i do that but with banana.. we called it Son Goku Sandwich (we both love dragonball) because eating that will make him strong! Ahah

  8. Strange combination. I love both, but I think I would want them separate unless the blueberries were a jam.

Peanutbutter and Bannas are my all-time favorite. I guess when the Bannas are ripe and filling or maybe mix it with blueberries, too? I don’t know?

On mulit-grain bread because you want the fiber because it fills you up. I love Ace bakery bread because their bread is simply bakery bread.

Generic breads like Wonder or other store bought brands contain chemicals in them, so bread has a longer shelf life.
