  3. I needed to read this. My current week is over as fk, but I’m still tracking it. I’m basically calling it a maintenance week as there is no deficit to be seen. I’ll get back to it… probably not til Monday though as weekends are always a struggle. Tracking makes me at least be honest with myself, for science!

    Dude this is awesome! I got turned onto that app too and for some reason it’s the one that had helped me get in the groove.

    My favorite part is that it’s made me aware of what I eat, but now all these habits are like second nature to me.

I’m loving this app. I was just telling my partner that it’s helpful when I have a gorging day, I look at the day before and it’s usually pretty out of whack, either way under in calories or way off in terms of macros. It’s funny that eating a bowl of ice cream at the end of the day leaves me feeling much better the following day. I’m also doing IF and don’t eat breakfast.
