

I haven’t eaten much today and saw that Carbe Diem post earlier and had to make pasta! I saw it’s only available online so I opted to try Pastabilities lower cal ruffles at Kroger. SO GOOD. I always have problems hitting my protein goals so I did this and some protein cereal earlier as well. ANYWHOOO the pasta is low cals, lots of protein all without the crappy gritty texture. As much as I try to love it I’m so happy to find something that’s not completely veggie based since the texture can be off sometimes.
And my bad, I forgot the cherry tomatoes on MFP for an extra 25-30 cals 🙂
