I tried the cottage cheese flatbread I’ve been seeing it all over my YouTube shorts. First my first attempt at it I’m not mad! It was 125ml 2% cottage cheese, 1 egg. Blend well to make the crust and pour into whatever shape of dough you want. Bake around 350 degrees for about 25 ish mins. Then I did a few tablespoons of marinara (I always choose tomato sauce on sale with fewest calories when I shop) I used 2 babybel cheese rounds sliced for the cheese because it’s less calories than mozzarella. And then whatever vegetables/toppings you want. I just did tomato’s, Zuchinni and like 10g of prosciutto.

This made a nice little individual size pizza for myself about 350 calories. Changes I will make in the future, check more often and turn oven temp down if needed bc I had to cut off the burnt edges of the crust, don’t add salt to crust mixture because the toppings made it salty, don’t spread dough too thin or it will be soggy.
I’ve seen people use the same egg cottage cheese mixture for wraps/burritos so I’ll think of what I can make next. But overall it’s better than I thought it would be. It doesn’t taste weird it kind of just tastes like your crust is made out of cheese (not a bad thing I guess..lol)
