Can anyone explain how people keep their frozen bananas from going brown? Every time I freeze them they go off and when I try to make something with them they’re all brown and so unappealing.

Wow! That looks totally edible! I’ve always found guar gum to be tricky- last time I tried to use it I swear I made flubber. It was definitely not fit for consumption. 😅
