  1. It’s not really possible to say without knowing what this is and how it was made. Enjoy your meal and don’t worry about the calories.

  2. So, if the things in the front are filled with mashed potato, those could be ~400 kcal. If they have been fried, more kcal to account for oil. The veggies don’t contribute much, I‘d just enter one cup mixed veggies. If there is no fat on them. I have no idea what top left is.
