



Two carrots with βfriedβ tuna and veg as a βdipβ. I literally βfriedβ the onions, peppers, garlic and bean sprouts with the brine from the tuna can π, trying to learn to fry with less or without oil. Had to use a nonstick pan of course. Besides being mildly over salted because I added more salt than I should have considering fish is salty, the meal was actually delicious. If anyone has some other low calorie/vegetable recipies that allows you to eat healthy and enjoy good food, plz lmk ππ
