    Breakfast was bacon, chocolate chip pancakes, a whipped egg white omelet, blueberries, and coffee with milk. Totaling 437 calories.

    Lunch was tuna melts in carb smart tortillas with cauliflower seasoned rice totaling 361 calories

    Dinner was baby carrots, sweet potato fries and realgood chicken tenders (from Costco) totaling 548 calories

    That protein bar is a built bar with 130 calories and 17 grams of protein. Love them.

    Also I’m always under because of running. I’m not actually under.

    Oh thank god at first I thought you meant just the first slide was 1,500 calories haha

  3. How’d you season the rice? I’ve never really made rice but wanna expand my options
