    I love telling people to sub some SFCD for chai (or pumpkin spice). The sweet and spicy flavour is so complimentary, you can cut your sugar in half just by doing equal parts. Same with sugar free vanilla and white chocolate.

    Might be a stupid question – but how do you order this? What do you tell the barrista?

    You can also buy the Starbucks chai tea mix at Costco and make it at home 🙂

  5. I think you miscalculated. Starbucks almond milk is about 60 calories per 8oz. A pump of chai syrup is 30 calories per pump.

    Realistically a tall with 1 pump of chai will range to about 90-105 calories(they pour 8-10oz of milk). Your monstrosity is about 195 calories (18oz milk plus 2 pumps)

    What size is that? It looks like a venti, but may just be the angle of the camera.

    My SB doesn’t have unsweetened almond milk. Yours must if it’s 110 cals for this size. I’m kinda jelly, tbh. My SB only has the 60-cals-per-cup almond milk. 😢
