254cal banana pancake with Greek yoghurt and strawberries (aka glorified fruit salad with egg)— awful presentation I’m sorry!

And 247cal cheese and ham toastie with rocket. The rocket gives it the illusion of being a lot bigger of a meal which makes me happy. + I love rocket it reminds me of prosciutto pizza so double positive.

I also had coffee with light milk (no sugar,) coke no sugar, a single piece of chicken since I was taste testing a salad lol, a corn thin (I eat that when I wake up otherwise I become sick if my stomach is empty.) and a big carbonara dinner that I didn’t take a pic of!

I defs wanna do the pancake more often, I love sweets and it actually tastes surprisingly good and like a pancake.

I also love the toastie. Light cheese surprisingly has less calories per serve than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. If I wanted to, I might even try to find a lower cal bread but it’s already a pretty low cal already and Turkish bread kinda slaps.

I’ve been eliminating oils from my diet and I think that’s given me the opportunity to eat more in a day. Oils can be good for the body but I’m trying to eat bigger meals that are more satisfying for the eyes/brain.
