hello. i present to you my dinner for today. ingredients and method breakdown: Vivera chicken breast piece (193cals) blue dragon no added sugar sweet chilli sauce (12cals) with a few sprays of fry light (3cals) 3 handfuls of spinach (12cals) 110g broccoli florets (37cals) 80g petit pois (71cals) 80g soya beans (122cals) and lastly 60g pilau rice (92cals) to make i simply sprayed some 1 calorie spray, into the air fryer at 185 degrees celsius for 15 mins. meanwhile steamed the peas and soya beans and added to warmed up rice then steamed broccoli then spinach last, assembled my plate and poured some sweet chilli sauce over the chicken breast. simple, filling and feels so good to be eating so many green things after a complete beigefest over the weekend. have a nice day everyone!! 🙂
